Raw chocolate acacia combines full-bodied, creamy cashews and dark Peruvian organic chocolate. The full-bodied, mouth-watering delicacy delights over and over again. You can enjoy raw chocolate cashews as is, but they are also great for baking and dessert decoration. Chocolate acacia also serves as a food snack or dessert, so the bag can also be packed with you in a school bag, backpack or work.
Foodin's raw chocolates are the result of long-term passion and responsible development. Our founder Lasse Jalkanen is known for his great love for raw chocolate, which is why chocolates are a particularly important product group at our Foodin. The raw material is cocoa beans of the original Criollo variety, cultivated by hundreds of families for life’s work in the Peruvian Amazon in the heart of the rainforest. Our sweet dessert gets its sweetness from Indonesian coconut sugar with a low glycemic index, which has been titled the most sustainable sweetener in the world. Bacillus coagulans probiotics have been added to all our cocoa products.
FOODIN'S COATED RAW CHOCOLATE DELICACIES ARE DOMESTIC CRAFTS
Foodini's raw chocolate cashew is made by Finnish handicrafts at our Vaajakoski factory. Raw chocolate is made using the traditional stone ground method, in which giant millstones grind the raw materials into cocoa mass for two to three days. At the low temperature of the manufacturing process, below 42 degrees, we ensure that the properties of the cocoa bean remain preserved until the finished product. The gentle stone mill treatment also affects the texture and softness of the chocolate. Finally, a gentle icing wrap the creamy, full-bodied cashew in dark raw cocoa.
Our raw chocolates are vegan and contain no preservatives or additives at all. All you have to do is take a look at the ingredient list - there is nothing pointless about these chocolates.
