Foodin's raw chocolate is made from unroasted cocoa beans, and the manufacturing process is also different from the usual. Thanks to the low temperature, below 42 °C, the valuable properties, nutrients and authentic taste of the cocoa bean are preserved  until you enjoy it.  The taste of raw chocolate is more intense and authentic compared to traditional, sweeter chocolate. Foodin's raw chocolates are made without white sugar and are sweetened with responsibly produced Indonesian coconut sugar, which has a low glycemic index. The gentle manufacturing process of raw chocolate bars 

At the heart of our chocolates are the indigenous Criollo cocoa beans, cultivated by hundreds of families in the heart of the Peruvian Amazon rainforest. Foodin's raw chocolate bars are made by Finnish artisans in Vaajakoski. The gentle process preserves valuable nutrients and gives the chocolate its velvety texture. 

Once the chocolate mass is ready, our master chocolatiers carefully evaluate its taste and texture. The chocolate mass should be uniform, velvety soft and have a rich flavor profile.  The mass is then tempered to give it a beautiful shine and a melt-in-your-mouth texture.
