Ingredients
COCONUT MILK POWDER+
Coconut Milk, a blend of water and coconut cream, is an ideal substitute to traditional milk. Lactose-free and rich in antioxidants, we’re only just beginning to understand all the nutritional benefits it offers.
CACAO POWDER+
Cacao powder consists of the cocoa beans, which are ground up after their cocoa butter, the fat component, is extracted. This superfood is nourishing and delicious in taste.
ORGANIC COCONUT SUGAR+
Coconut sugar is derived from the nectar of coconut tree blossoms. Our organic coconut sugar has absolutely no artificial ingredients or preservatives – just 100% pure organic coconut sugar.
ORGANIC CORDYCEPS MUSHROOM EXTRACT+
Cordyceps mushrooms were traditionally native high in the mountains of China, but are now found all over, most commonly in Asia. A definite in your daily ritual, this functional mushroom is loved by high endurance performers.
ORGANIC LION'S MANE MUSHROOM EXTRACT+
Lion’s Mane is an edible mushroom native to North America, Europe, and Asia and is also known as the bearded tooth or pom pom mushroom. Lion’s Mane is easily identified by its bearded look. Used for its properties, you won’t taste the lion’s mane flavor in any of our blends.
ORGANIC MAITAKE MUSHROOM EXTRACT+
Maitake has been used for hundreds of years in traditional Eastern cuisine and medicine for its support of overall health and vitality. Maitake’ means “Dancing Mushroom” in Japanese.

All of our Instant Lattes now include adaptogens! Utilizing functional mushroom extracts, we use a 4 mushroom blend of Chaga, Cordyceps, Lion’s Mane, and Maitake for our Instant Lattes. Each 12oz serving delivers the nutritional equivalent of approximately 500mg of our mushroom blend!
What do I mix this product with?
For our favorite recipe here at Laird Superfood, we recommend adding 1/4th cup of Instant Latte to your cup (trust us, add the powder first!), followed by 12oz of hot water. From there, you can froth and enjoy!
What is the caffeine content of this product(s)
There is approximately 104mg of caffeine in a 12oz serving of our Sweet & Creamy, Reduced Sugar, and Mocha Instant Lattes! Similarly, our Matcha Instant Latte contains approximately 55mg of caffeine per 12oz serving, and our Chai Instant Latte has approximately 63mg of caffeine per 12oz serving. Whether your brew of choice comes from Arabica coffee, culinary grade matcha, or black tea, all of our Instant Lattes are perfectly blended with our Superfood Creamers for a delicious cup to add a pep to your step.
