Foodin’s reishi coffee is made using organic Peruvian Fairtrade arabica coffee beans. The coffee is washed, dried, and packed before being sent to Jyväskylä, where it is roasted in cooperation with a small local roastery.
The reishi extract added to this stomach-friendly medium roast coffee makes it even more well-rounded and versatile. One of the world’s most well-known and widely used mushrooms, reishi has been subject to extensive scientific research and used for thousands of years.
