The delicious High Five activated trail mix is easy to take with you wherever your path may lead. This trail mix is a family favourite, and it’s shining star is the enchanting sour cherry!
The High Five trail mix includes activated cashew nuts and pumpkin seeds, that provide you with the extra energy you need whether you’re at the gym, on a nature trail or at the office. The flavour is complemented by sweet mulberries and goji berries, and the whole palette is topped off with sour cherry. This mix is a definite favourite, and if your party is bigger than just you, you better make sure you have more than one trail mix with you – this treat disappears in a blink of an eye!
Activation means the soaking and pre-sprouting of seeds or nuts. The nuts and seeds are dried before the sprouting phase progresses further. Activation, as the name implies, activates or multiplies the nutrient utilisation of a nut or seed. The process makes it possible for you to get many times the nutrients you would from ordinary nuts or seeds. In addition, activated nuts and seeds have a lovely, crunchy texture.
