Grab this smart snack mix with you and carry on! The Smart Mix trail mix is suitable for the entire family, and gets its flavour from tropical mango and piquant inca berries, without forgetting the piquant and flavourful chocolate coated ginger!
The trail mix includes activated cashew nuts and pumpkin seeds. Sweetness comes from tropical mango and goji berries, and stronger flavours are provided by inca berries and chocolate coated ginger. Whether you have a day full of meetings, an intense study session or perhaps a family trip ahead of you, this versatile mix is a suitable snack wherever you go.
Activation means the soaking and pre-sprouting of seeds or nuts. The nuts and seeds are dried before the sprouting phase progresses further. Activation, as the name implies, activates or multiplies the nutrient utilisation of a nut or seed. The process makes it possible for you to get many times the nutrients you would from ordinary nuts or seeds. In addition, activated nuts and seeds have a lovely, crunchy texture.
