White chocolate raisins are a wonderful treat just as they are, but they’re also a great tool in baking and making your favourite desserts! Chocolate raisins can be added to pastries, and they can be used as the finishing touch and decoration on top of dessert dishes. This organic white chocolate raisin is particularly popular as a cake decoration, but it makes a wonderful addition to your morning muesli or granola as well.
OUR ORGANIC CHOCOLATE RAISINS ARE MADE WITH RENEWABLE SOLAR ENERGY
Foodin’s White Chocolate Raisin is made at our own Vaajakoski factory, in the Finnish capital of chocolate raisins! The chocolate raisins are made using renewable solar energy. The unique white chocolate is made from raw sugar cane, cacao butter, coconut milk powder and a dash of sea salt. Those who can’t resist sweet treats are bound to fall in love!
The cacao butter in Foodin’s white chocolate raisins is made from original Criollo-variety cocoa beans with a cold press, ensuring the natural properties of the cacao remain in the final product. The roots of our Criollo cacao beans reach far out into the depths of the Amazonian rainforest, where small family communities farm cacao following sustainability and ethical guidelines. Close cooperation and the provision of the right training and tools for the farming communities help develop the farming methods to create the best product and the best environment possible. The farmers are guaranteed a fair wage and livelihood, and their children go to school.
