Umami Sauce is a fully gluten-free sauce made from coconut sugar and Guerande sea salt. Its sweet freshness and “umami” flavour make it a wonderful replacement to traditional soy sauce as a gluten free, low in sodium alternative. Umami Sauce can be used in all kinds of cooking, but it is at its best in Asian cuisine. Enhance everyday salads, amp up marinades, and use it flavour homemade sushi and rice dishes.
The coconut aminos of the Umami Sauce do not taste like coconuts. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
